This notice describes how HMBLE S.r.l. processes the personal data of users of the online shop available at shop.hmble.it (the "Shop"), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

2. Personal data we process

•       Order and shipping data: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number.

•       Payment data: handled directly by payment service providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout). We do not store full card details.

•       Personalization data: the name or text you choose to have printed on customizable products.

•       Communications: messages you send us for support purposes.

•       Browsing data: IP address, browser type and technical data collected through cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the Shop.

Order, shipping and payment data are required to complete a purchase: without them, the order cannot be fulfilled.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

4. Recipients

Your data may be shared with:

•       Shopify International Ltd (Ireland), the e-commerce platform hosting the Shop, acting as data processor;

•       Payment service providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout), acting as independent data controllers;

•       Carriers and logistics providers (e.g. GLS) for order delivery;

•       Tax and accounting advisors of the controller, for legal compliance.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Transfers outside the EU

The Shop is hosted by Shopify. Some data may be transferred to non-EU countries (in particular Canada and the United States) within Shopify's infrastructure. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions of the European Commission and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by Shopify.

6. Retention

•       Order and invoicing data: 10 years from the order (civil and tax obligations).

•       Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested.

•       Browsing data: only as long as technically necessary.

7. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you may at any time exercise your rights of: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).

To exercise your rights, write to shop@hmble.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. Cookies

The Shop only uses technical cookies, which are necessary for the operation of the site (e.g. cart, session, language preference) and do not require consent. Should analytics or marketing cookies be introduced in the future, the consent banner will be updated accordingly and no non-essential cookie will be set without your prior consent.

9. Minors

The Shop is intended for users aged 18 or over. Minors may only make purchases with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Any material changes will be published on this page, updating the date shown above. Please check it periodically.
